Earth Event Terms
Refund and Credit Policies for Cancellations:
A 100% refund is honored if an Earth Event is cancelled by TWP due to a severe weather warning.
A %100 refund is honored if Earth Event enrolment is cancelled by the participant 10 days or more prior to the event date. Contact our team via email to receive a refund. Expect up to 48 hours for processing time.
A %50 refund is honored if Earth Event enrolment is cancelled by the participant 4-9 days prior to the event date. Contact our team via email to receive a refund. Expect up to 48 hours for processing time.
A %100 credit (no refund) is honored if Earth Event enrolment is cancelled by the participant 24-72 (1-3 days) hours prior to the event date due to illness or emergency circumstances. There is no expiry date on the credit. The credit may be used toward any TWP offering.
Funds lost due to late participant cancellation will be allocated into branches of TWP Foundation to support our Earth Events and Environmental Innovation.
Enrolment Policies:
1. Enrolment closes 4 days before an event due to planning purposes.
2. Upon enrolling a friend or family member as a gift, you must ensure that medical/dietary/behavioral details reflect the individual attending.

1. As a Earth Event participant, you understand that all activities performed are done at your own risk. With safety measures in place, you accept all responsibility and agree to not bring any claim against the corporation.
Eco-Exploration Trip Terms
Refund and Credit Policies for Cancellations:
A %100 refund is honored if Eco-Exploration Trip enrolment is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the trip start date. Contact our team via email to receive a refund. Expect up to 72 hours for processing time.
A %75 refund is honored if Eco-Exploration Trip enrolment is cancelled 21-29 days prior to the trip start date. Contact our team via email to receive a refund. Expect up to 72 hours for processing time.
A 50% refund is honored if Eco-Exploration Trip enrolment is cancelled 10-20 days prior to the trip start date. Contact our team via email to receive a refund. Expect up to 72 hours for processing time.
A %100 credit (no refund) is honored if Eco-Exploration Trip enrolment is cancelled 1-9 days prior to the trip start date due to illness or emergency circumstances. There is no expiry date on the credit. The credit may be used toward any TWP offering.

TWP Membership Hub Terms
Partner and TWP Discount codes are only disclosed to the supporting TWP Hub Member once subscribed. Discount codes are not to be shared with individuals who are not members of the TWP Hub.
To redeem partner discount codes, you must subscribe to any TWP Hub membership tier for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. If you choose to widthdraw from the TWP Hub during the 12 month period, you will no longer have access to partner discount codes.
In order to receive TWP discounted offerings on Earth Events and Eco-Exploration Trips, you must subscribe to any TWP Hub membership tier for a minimum of 8 months annually. If you choose to withdraw from the TWP Hub during the additional 4 months annually, you will no longer have access to partner discount codes.
Partner Discount codes offered through our TWP Hub have individual terms of service regarding percentage discounted, and how the code may be used as an individual, supporting Hub Member. Read each partner terms of service below:
Wanderlight - %15 off, unlimited uses per month, applies to only recycled towel line
Our Home Refillery - %15 off, limited to 3 uses per month, applies to all products
North shore apothecary - %10 off, a one-time discount for becoming a Hub Member, applies to all products

TWP Earth Pass
Earth Pass Purchase and Utilization Policy:
Discounted TWP Earth Passes (both 3 Event and 4 Event passes) can only be applied toward the respective season that it was purchased.
